With 2013 in full swing, April and Foursquare Day are nearing. If you recall back to last year, Nate challenged all foursquare users to get in shape by Foursquare Day! Some started right away; others waited until the start of 2013. Fitness and healthy living are not the easiest things to accomplish, but achieving each has its own advantages. Have you started on the journey towards healthier living? Are you eating better and exercising more? Or have you wanted to start but simply couldn’t find the time or energy? Well, it is never too late to start. With warmer conditions (for many of us) coming up in the very near future, now is as good of a time as always to get things going in the right direction. Of course, if you are nearing your goals, be sure to stay on track and push to reach them. Foursquare Day is about one month away, so let’s look and feel our best as we celebrate yet another great year! Lastly, be sure to use foursquare to help motivate you to reach your fitness goals. Personally, I like to use the highly-contested [foursquare] mayorship at my local LA Fitness [gym] as fuel and motivation, ensuring that I stick to my workout routine. Luckily, I have a few people vying for this title, so I have to stay on top of it, and I certainly won’t be cheating myself.
